Presidents and Dictators

My dad was watching tv, so I walk in.
Guess who's on tv?
Mr. Bush himself.
Realised a few things.
One of them being, he was talking about Cuba's dictator.
Dictator.
Just hearing that word makes you think 'Yeah, somethings a bit off there.'
So I decided to look up 'dictator' on dictionary, just to see the meaning that comes up.

DICTATOR:

1.a person exercising absolute power, esp. a ruler who has absolute, unrestricted control in a government without hereditary succession.
2.(in ancient Rome) a person invested with supreme authority during a crisis, the regular magistracy being subordinated to him until the crisis was met.
3.a person who authoritatively prescribes conduct, usage, etc.: a dictator of fashion.
4.a person who dictates, as to a secretary.

Right, so I'm thinking its talkin bout the first one.
How wrong does that sound?
"A person exercising absolute power"
"A ruler who has absolute, unrestricted control"
Yeah, somethings a bit sketchy there.

Oh right, the other thing I realised.
Our president, yeah, he looks like a right chimpanzee.
